Wildwood Crest - Seems residents of Diamond Beach use Wildwood Crest beaches at no cost. Now I am seeing these same Diamond Beach residents using Wildwood Crest public works trash drop off. As a taxpayer, I don't want my tax dollars paying for non-residents using this service. Can we enforce some kind of proof of residency?
