Wildwood Crest - As a lifelong Crest resident, I think it is disgraceful that the message board around town can't even be read because so many light bulbs do not work. Why doesn't the Crest take up a donation campaign or something to raise the money if our taxes can't pay for it? Visitors must be laughing when they see this machine and nobody can read what it says!
