Lower Township - To the "rumor on the street" regarding the Lower Twp. MUA: It's funny how the secretary, who is retiring and not being asked to leave, is seeking a payout of her contract! She is choosing to retire! My water and sewer rate money should not be given away to a person who chooses to retire before her labor contract is expired. This is not a buyout, it is a choice she is making. Are we setting a new precedence here for future retirees? The board better wake up and stop spending our money willy-nilly.
