Wildwood Crest - I watched in astonishment Nov. 23 when an excavator was unloaded and almost immediately began tearing a house down on West Cresse in the Crest. I was curious as I saw no sign of a check for asbestos, or removal of Freon from the AC unit, or, for that matter, a city inspector on the scene to give the all-clear go ahead. My concern is for the neighborhood and environment as dust and material should be a concern. This whole process seems very reckless and irresponsible to me. Someone is definitely not doing his or her job! Where is the outcry for accountability?
