The Master Plan does almost nothing to enhance our town.

Sea Isle City - The Master Plan does almost nothing to enhance our town. As usual, it's too little, too late with everything these town officials do. They should propose every bedroom require a parking space ... we would have no more six-bedroom monsters. That would also eliminate the mega commercial buildings with condos on two and three floors above. Of course, they wouldn't want to upset the poor builders, real estate, and bar owners since they are the ones who really run the town. Talk about a conflict of interest!
