Wildwood Crest - I got a letter from the trash department saying it's against the rules to put trash bags at the curb and I have to use a trash can for my trash. All the tax money I pay and the trash men are too lazy to pick up my trash bags.

The problem may be that seagulls peck open the trash bags and spread garbage.
