Court House - My nephew is a MLB player, from age 5 he played and studied baseball, at age 9, his team placed last one season, he was given a participation trophy, gave it to his mother and said “toss it, only winning deserves an award”. He and the team took the defeat and learned from it, three years later that team went to the Little League World Series.
