I am frustrated with trying to report a Crest street light outag

Wildwood Crest - I am frustrated with trying to report a Crest street light outage to the electric company. What happened to the simple online form you could use to do this, and then submit it? Now you have to try to locate the pole on their map, which then tells you there is no such pole there. There has to be an easier way.
