The WWC spouters taunting second home owners to change their residency to the Crest. They actually have a good idea. Most second home owners I know don't have children in school anymore, and because of this they don't have ties to their communities like in the past. All you have to do is change your driver's license and register to vote. No one will ever count the days where you sleep. Have your voice heard, all we need is 200 signatures to get a referendum to vote on concerns. Beach tags and parking permits can be a reality.
