The administration recently negotiate a contract for employees represented by,AFSCME without any inkling if privatization of the nursing home. At the commissioners last meeting residents & employees stepped up to address the commissioners & all were advised by,the county lawyer not to answer. So,much for dialogue. At one time CH was the jewel of CMC now,with this administration it is supposedly losing money
