Wildwood Crest / Philadelphia - I am writing in reference to a Spout Off a few weeks ago about how the beach in the Crest is not level. It is true. The other day I went down with my cart and it was like walking through a dirt uneven road. Even a senior citizen couple was in front of me and they had a hard time walking down the beach closer to the water. Can they level the whole beach instead of the back of the beach? I know the people who do it can see where the beach needs to be level, especially closer to the water.
