A big beef and beer benefit was held in memory of Joey Hart, a local kid from Wildwood Crest Feb. 6. A big thank you to the WC Police Dept. for coming out, not to support the family, but to ticket many cars that were parked on the street. It's the dead of winter. How low can you go?
