People wonder why the Crest is no longer what it once was. I'll tell you why; they are anti-business, so business owners don't go there to open new stores, leading to rundown properties that were abandoned years ago. These deplete the tax base, and only further the issue, by now making it less appealing to home buyers. Become more business friendly, and maybe the Crest will once again improve.
