Now that the New Jersey Avenue project is being redone in front of Sunset Lake, it's obvious it won't be done in time for the last weekend festival. Why are there only a couple of people working during the week? No sense of urgency! Will anything be done with New Jersey and Topeka avenues' old pump station before winter prevents the construction company from going on hiatus?
