I was recently walking on the beach at the end of Farragut Rd., and was appalled at the amount of dog excrement in the area. It went from the dunes, up to the ramp, around the ramp, on the ramp and some even on the sidewalk. This could not have been the result of a one-time error in judgement. I do not have a problem with dogs on the beach, getting exercise, but to whomever is walking their dog(s) and not picking up their waste, shame on you.
