To the spouter complaining about the closed toilet facilities along the Cape May Promenade: What makes you think city taxpayers should pay for personnel year-round to clean those facilities merely to accommodate two or three people, and more importantly risk burst pipes or frozen drains? Plan your walk and your bodily functions beforehand, and if needed, use the facilities at Convention Hall.
