I still can't understand how Crest police never publish any listing of those it arrests, as does almost every other county department, and I'm hoping someone can help me. Don't property owners have a right to know what is taking place on their street in the Crest and aren't they entitled to public information? Who is making this decision at the department, or at town hall? Are we supposed to pretend that there is no crime here, since residents obviously know otherwise?
