I live next to a FRAT house, also known as a nuisance house or animal house. During any given rental period (3 day minimums), there are 25 people in a house that is mandated for 11, according to license requirements. While many towns have enacted ANIMAL HOUSE ordinances, which make owners accountable for behavior of their tenants, the Crest has not. Isn't is about time the Crest join the 21st century where investors just want to make money and will be destroying neighborhoods.
