It's amazing how the City has changed, a different class of people, all about you. When someone over the years put everyone's trash can back after the trash was picked up, now as a Senior no longer can do that good deed. You would think if you see an elderly person trying to take their trashcan back to their property, you would assist. It's so amazing when you help someone out in anyway they don't want to become beholding to you. But trash cans this, is what the City has become.
