Crest Commissioners should listen to former Governor Tom Kean, co-chair of the Sept. 11 Commission, who is calling for more restrictions on the J-1 Visa Program, which brings in thousands of foreign students here each year to work jobs that should go to Americans first, and who stay here beyond their allowed visa time, thus posing possible threats to our nation's security interests. Local employers here, take heed.
