Beach south of convention hall looks great! Nice job consolidating the old storm sewers. Huge step forward. Next beautification project is Rio grand entrance to the island. What's with all the overhead electrical wire mayhem? New Street lights? Where? Must be camouflaged. So much potential if we could just think ahead.
