Thank you, Barbara Allison for your " Call to Action" letter. I agree, housing that is affordable, not "affordable Housing" is desperately needed in this county. Rental cap's, rent and eviction moratoriums, biased landlord / tenant laws, ridiculous judicial rulings, evictions taking over two years, and 10% of tenants who destroyed housing, are now reaping what they sowed. What will work is reformed laws, rent that is paid on time, and quick evictions for miscreants. There are those that prey on others generosity and pervert laws. Landlords must be paid and have equal rights. Solutions?
