Anyone looking to renovate their home in Cape May County, make sure the contractor is licensed, insured and provides references. I have just been through the worst contracting nightmare and a lot of aggravation could have been spared and money saved had I done that. It seems they'll tell you anything you want to hear with regard to their qualifications and experience in order to get the job. I just spent thousands of dollars on top of what I already spent to have redone what the original contractor botched up, and if it's plumbing and electrical work, get a real plumber and electrician.
