Cape May County lifeguards currently enrolled in the lifeguard pension for their respective beach patrol (Cape May, Wildwood, North Wildwood, Sea Isle City and Ocean City) would be interested in this link: http://goo.gl/aQ2IkT. Apparently two senators introduced a new senate bill April 25 dissolving all lifeguard pensions in the state of New Jersey. I could understand this can affect new lifeguards not currently collecting a pension, but not sure how this effects lifeguards currently receiving a lifeguard pension.
