Is anyone else having a problem getting their heating checks this year ? Is it only being given to Latinos now? My friend is on Section 8 and she gets it every year.I thought that you were not eligible if you get renters assistance. I on the other hand pay full rent but have not received the heating help.Never had a problem until it changed hands.Just because I'm not on Section8 doesn't mean I have more income and don't deserve help.Who monitors this funding to make sure it's fair and equal?
