Leave it to one of Art Hall's terrible, heartless takes to once again erase a chunk of the goodwill I had built up towards this paper. Today he explains to us why the Bible advocates for letting people starve, after which he grossly misrepresents the reality around unemployment. I did agree with him about one thing however: "A nation cannot indefinitely thrive if fewer people are producing while ever more people depend upon those who produce." The problem is he is ignoring that the people most dependent on those who produce are the corrupt billionaires that own everything.
