On a visit to Wildwood, I was informed that Wildwood sent letters to residents requiring gutters and downspouts on all homes. This policy is in direct contrast to the control of storm water runoff. Why put undue strain on your sewer system when it can be absorbed into the ground and replenish your aquifer? Water is too valuable and will become more so in coming years. Wildwood lawmakers, look what other cities are doing and follow their example.
