Why is it that you people who choose to walk your dogs think it's okay to throw your poop bags in other people's trash???!!! I don't have a dog and I really don't appreciate you putting that nasty stinky stuff in my trash as you stroll by.... Please it's your animal take it's trash home and throw it out at your own home...I mean what gives you the right????
