Hypothetically speaking, if a person is arrested and charged with crimes that are found to be bogus and are later dropped, why would a municipality publish the persons name along with the bogus charges 6 months later in a newspaper crime blotter? Could it be an honest mistake? Or is someone with influence trying to embarrass and hurt this person and their family? Someone made a big malicious boo boo and needs to submit a redaction in the newspaper crime blotter section with an apology to the falsely accused. Have a heart, man!
