Why can't we build a state of the art electric generating station at the former BL England site? We would receive energy credits (remember, years ago we did not have a local purpose tax because of BL England) and be an example to other states. We cannot handle more students especially since there has been a dramatic decrease in state aid. Neighbors-it was there before-we can and should rebuild it better than ever.
