As a year round resident of Cold Spring south of the Canal, the Seashore Freeway is as busy as ever. Why not make the entire island, Seashore, Bayshore, New England, Shun Pike all 25 MPH. I have a heck of a hard time turning into Seashore with vehicles speeding, electric bikes/scooters flying down the wrong side of the road, and distracted drivers. This would result in a safer roadway for ALL.
