Why are they still doing road construction on New Jersey Ave? They had all winter to complete this job and should have had construction suspended for the summer, till labor day. You have an influx of people at their shore houses and people going up and down one way streets to get to their homes. This is not an annoyance factor it's a safety factor. You can not have this many extras cars down here and hand the main artery closed down all week long.
