To the individual who commented about the County AFSCME contract not being signed and suggested it has been “10 years,” your statement is simply inaccurate. It is clear that you are either not a dues paying member or have been seriously misinformed. I regularly attend union meetings & know the facts. AFSCME had signed the contract. it was mentioned in a meeting. The County had NOT. the contract in question is a 3yr agreement so your math & understanding of the situation are significantly off base.
