While I understand that early intervention takes time, it felt like my child's elementary education was consistently compromised by ongoing, severe classroom disruptions. Now that we are in middle school, there seems to be a much clearer standard for accountability and a structure that protects instructional/classroom time. Why does it take until middle school for the district to effectively address these behavioral impacts on the rest of the class?
