Where is the money??? The pool didn’t close overnight — this was poor management by Rec leadership, the city manager, the mayor, and township officials. There were hardworking people who secured the grant funding, and then it just sat there unused. Guess who will not be getting my vote in the upcoming elections. Too often, this forum has been used by township officials to passively aggressively bash employees or stage photo opportunities instead of focusing on solutions. More time should have been spent finding contractors and getting the project completed for the community.
