Crest code enforcers are getting a bit out of hand. Don't set out any plastic bags or you will get a ticket. I called public works and was told because seagulls rip open bags. Who's going to pay for my trash can when it disappears while I'm not down here? They should put our cans back in our yards if we can't just use a bag.
Moderator's Note: Your neighbors appreciate your using cans and not bags. Seagulls love to spread the trash from here to" kingdom come" Maybe one of those neighbors would be willing to put your can away. It happens in many blocks and helps make neighbors into friends. Good Luck!
