West Wildwood - Why am I not permitted to be given or use a plastic bag to carry my groceries but West Wildwood can still give them out by the hundreds for dog doo-doo clean up? I called the clerks office and Mr. Karl said they had looked at paper bags but it wasn't practical.

Plastic or paper, I'm glad that owners don't leave their dog's mess on the grass or sidewalk.Aren't you?
