Sea Isle City - Sea Isle City we need homeowners to be held ,more accountable for there renters ! Throwing cigarette butts around properties and yes it goes into storm drains! All the City has to do is to make it mandatory that all homeowners have a bucket full of sand on the side of your condo to throw the cigarette butts out! It's out of control!
