West Wildwood - My neighbor worked on his house all day Sunday, Sept. 17, cleaning his rear yard. He left trash bags at the curb next to his truck, while he went to check on his kids. A lady with a dog comes walking by accusing the neighbor in a loud voice of being above the law because he put trash bags at the curb. The neighbor politely explained he was loading his truck. I wouldn't have been so polite. Since when is there a law on trash bags at the curb on trash night, and if so, then 15 others were breaking the law?
