Is it true that one of our commissioners has moved out of West W

West Wildwood - Is it true that one of our commissioners has moved out of West Wildwood, but is still serving in his elected office? Is that legal? I believe that an elected official must reside in the municipality in which they serve. If that politician voted on laws and is not legally residing in the town in which he was elected, is his vote legal? Are all items this commissioner voted on null and void if his vote was the determining vote needed to pass a resolution or ordinance?
