West Wildwood - An excerpt from the Jan. 11 Herald regarding West Wildwood: "When the floor was opened for public comment, resident Bob Kilgore brought a matter of finances to the commissioners' attention. 'I'm part of the planning board and school board,' Kilgore began. Kilgore continued by saying that due to not having "a lot of kids in school," a "big overdraft" of funds exists. 'This is our money,' Kilgore said and suggested that the funds be used to cap drains throughout the borough." I am sorry to correct this guy but if too much school taxes were collected from taxpayers, that goes back to the taxpayer!
