West Cape May - Now that the parking meters are off, I'm putting all my quarters into a jar to save up for the extra $50 a year I have to pay for the next five years to pay for the "prudent" tax hike after the payout to Willow Creek Winery. Of course, it's going to be more than $50 taxpayers ... that was just commissioner's spin, and no money for other necessary projects. "Prudent," indeed. Mayor needs to resign.
