West Cape May - I have been taking my family down here for 20 years and enjoy the open spaces and wildlife. I would never want to see this area overdeveloped, but having an aging septic system leaking dirty water into the ground is not a good solution. Why did the city allow a group home to be built on 5th Ave. adjoining directly to a protected area, but not extend sewer lines to the end of 5th or 6th Ave.?
