A development in West Cape May of eleven or so homes were built

West Cape May - A development in West Cape May of eleven or so homes were built with the understanding that there would be no parking on one side of the street. There are signs also stating that, yet there are many vehicles parked on that side of the street even in front of the signs. Heaven forbid fire engines or emergency vehicles have to get to this area. Also while driving up this street and a car approaches from the other direction, we’ve got a problem as the street becomes too narrow to pass each other. Can’t these vehicles be ticketed?
