Town Bank - I agree with the spouter, nobody should be allowed to bring their dogs to the fireworks or before in Lower Township. It's out of hand, last year was the worst. It was a dog parade! The Township needs to step in and just let people walk freely along the bay and not be bumped into every five feet by a dog before someone gets bit.
