West Cape May

Drive down Stevens Street in West Cape May and you'll see why sewer lines should never be extended. The beautiful farmland that was once there is now ruined. Even supposedly preserved open space isn't safe since buildings were permitted to be constructed after accepting taxpayer money to preserve the land! Now Stevens Street is an eyesore. The State should have stepped in and used eminent domain to save the open space. Sewer, gas, and water lines always bring overdevelopment.
