"Developer" on Sixth Avenue is trying to sell a lot . Would love to see the Planning Board in West Cape May preserve that land and only allow ONE home to be built. Wonder if the neighbors will unite like they did for last attempt to develop, it was a great thing to see the Board Members listen to the community.
