Villas - Within two months, we have been hit again by vandalism, thanks to the unsupervised teenagers that walk our streets and get away with spray painting vehicles. Plus, their incompetent parents that do not face consequences, community service or restitution for what their kid purposely did to another's property. Why do we have so many disrespectful, uncaring individuals in our community? First, there's no accountability, therefore why care? It's exasperating and frustrating for people that work hard in society, only to have their things ruined. Curfew needs enforcement.
