Once again, Cape May County has managed to infuriate the familie

Avalon - Once again, Cape May County has managed to infuriate the families of loved ones buried at the CMC Veterans Cemetery. When I arrived at the cemetery April 25 with my 87-year-old mother for her weekly visit to my father's grave site, we discovered county workers had removed and thrown away all of the silk flowers on his and surrounding graves. Their reasoning is that this makes it "easier" for their maintenance, but since they have to replace bronze markers and flags on almost every grave, I really don't understand the reason they had to destroy nice silk arrangements and upset so many.
