Villas - Something has to be done about the verbal/physical abuse that medical professionals receive on a daily basis! Stop basing payment on patient satisfaction. That doesn't give patients who have great insurance the right to treat others like dirt. We are people too! Not people to hurl your insults at because you're having a bad day!
